About Emma

Emma practices in the areas of estate planning, business planning, elder law, trust and estate administration, and guardianships and conservatorships. At the core of her work is a genuine drive to help people and deliver thoughtful, effective legal solutions. Emma strives to work closely with each and every individual to solve their current challenges and plan for the future.

Emma attended the University of South Dakota, where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. While in law school, Emma served as a research assistant for the Dean of the law school.

Outside of the office, Emma is an avid equestrian and competitor in the sport of Dressage. Emma has earned her Bronze, Silver, and Gold medals through the United States Dressage Federation, reflecting the highest level of achievement in the sport. When she isn’t riding, Emma enjoys doing projects around the farm and spending time with her cats.
