Megan Rotert

My name is Megan and as the Firm’s Director of Client Services, I play an important role in creating a positive and personalized experience for every client from their first interaction with our team and throughout their relationship with the Firm. I’m passionate about building strong relationships, understanding each client’s unique needs, and making sure they feel informed, valued, and well cared for.

I believe that excellent client service is about more than simply meeting expectations—it’s about anticipating needs, communicating clearly, and creating trust at every step.

I was born and raised in South Dakota, and I’m proud to call it home. I earned an associate degree in Business Administration, which strengthened my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills and continues to support my work with clients and our team. Throughout my professional career, I’ve also had the opportunity to work in customer service and healthcare, experiences that have provided me with valuable skills, meaningful connections, and a strong sense of purpose.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our two boys. We love staying busy, whether we’re cheering the kids on at sporting events, being at the lake, spending time with family, or simply making memories together.
